Monique Hoogkamer: With a wide sales & marketing background, the choice was not difficult for me to start for myself. I am customer-oriented, passionate and have a good telephone voice. My then employer thought I was too old. That is why I started 6 years ago as a freelancer in all kinds of calling activities. Currently, we have a team of 7 women and now I lead a very successful company with a focus on IT and sustainability.
Besides calling we educate our clients. People often think they can start tomorrow, but a campaign is only successful if everything is right. From selecting the right leads our pitch to send emails and partly after-sales as well.

Everything that needs to be ready before you can start outsourcing your cold calling. This will help you to look differently at all the communication of your business. Whether you will decide to outsource in the end or not.

Jennifer Delano: an entrepreneur, author, speaker and PR-agent. As a human being, She wasn’t always visible. In fact – when She was bullied She was more looking for ways to sink into the ground. When She set up her own company years later and faced times of not having many clients yet, She discovered the chances of PR. She wrote a first press release and learned how She could get and stay in the media. Now customers find her, through publicity or appropriate (social) media, instead of her having to find them.

Tineke Rensen is a business owner for 29 years
She is a former sports athlete. This resulted in achieving the title of the national champion in whitewater kayaking.
She has a lot of international experience. She used to have an outdoor and survival travel agency.
Nowadays she has international clients and speaks internationally.
It has always been her passion to help and grow people in any kind or form and help them to go beyond their next level.
