About Dianne Kim Schofaerts & Carola Jansen’s  keynote speech

 

Kim Schofaerts

Since 1997, Kim has supervised hundreds of tenders from various industries, experiencing the most diverse scenarios. Kim regularly assists contracting authorities in determining the correct tender strategy and communication with the market or she conducts research on tender issues (such as Social Return Policy). Kim is also chairman of MKB Den Haag (https://www.mkbdenhaag.nl/) (where she has the topic of Tenders in her portfolio) is a member of the Tender Task Force of the municipality of The Hague and sits on the NEVI Members’ Council (https://nevi.nl/ and https://nevi.nl/ledenraad). Kim runs the consultancy, research and training agency Schofaerts.nl (specialized in issues in the public-private domain).

What you will learn:

  • Who do I want as a customer in the public domain; how does the government work
  • Where can I find the tenders and when will they be tendered?
  • How long does it take to register for a tender: the deadlines
  • What considerations must I make?
  • What should I do and especially not do?

Carola Jansen

Carola Jansen started as a lawyer at a large firm 22 years ago. Later on, she specialized in labour law (post-graduate VAAN).
For over 15 years she has been a (registered) mediator in employment mediation and business conflicts.
In her work, she combines high-quality legal knowledge with psychological knowledge and insight into human actions (including TA, NLP, EFT, communication and conversation techniques). This makes Carola a good negotiator (and mediator) with strong analytical and strategic insight. Carola approaches every case with a result and solution-oriented approach, where human interests remain paramount. Ger clients often indicate that they feel protected and unburdened by her.

  • The Labor Market in Balance Act as of January 1, 2020
  • the changes in transition compensation, cumulation (dismissal)ground,
  • expansion of the chain-agreement
  • call agreement
  • pay-rolling and unemployment premium differentiation.

About the founder

 

Tineke Rensen is a business owner for 29 years
She is a former sports athlete. This resulted in achieving the title of the national champion in whitewater kayaking.

She has a lot of international experience. She used to have an outdoor and survival travel agency.
Nowadays she has international clients and speaks internationally.

It has always been her passion to help and grow people in any kind or form and help them to go beyond their next level.

Many years Tineke has sought like-minded businesswomen in other female business groups. She never found the network that matched her criteria for businesswomen she wanted to network with. That is why she decided to star ta completely new network. Powerful Business Women’s Club
