Tulia Lopes is a Communication Architect, author of Leading in High Heels. She helps professionals to build a solid foundation for their communication and presentation skills so they can propel their careers and bring more business to their business, by exuding a confident presence, and leading with authenticity, grace, and grit.
In 2017 Tulia founded the Speak Up & Lead Academy (offline and online) to help professionals to achieve that.
In 2018 she founded the Stand Up & Speak Up Challenge (Munich & Zurich), to challenge experts to come on stage to deliver a powerful message in only 5 minutes.

Tineke Rensen is a business owner for 29 years
She is a former sports athlete. This resulted in achieving the title of the national champion in whitewater kayaking.
She has a lot of international experience. She used to have an outdoor and survival travel agency.
Nowadays she has international clients and speaks internationally.
It has always been her passion to help and grow people in any kind or form and help them to go beyond their next level.
